The boot camp is free for all accepted participants, mentors, and Asean observers. The costs for their board and lodging in Los Baños, Laguna from the night of January 7 until 1 pm of January 13 are fully covered. The airfares of local participants from outside island of Luzon are also covered, and the local transport costs of participants within Luzon will be reimbursed. Asean guest observers, on the other hand, will have to arrange their flights from their home countries to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. Travel subsidies are available. Transportation from the airport to the boot camp venue will be provided.

A week of inspiration (lectures), immersion (school visits); integration (relationship-building), interaction (teachers aged 30-35 shall serve as mentors); and involvement (action planning/ conceptualizing of regional projects).
